Jon has been working on the railway for 17 years across various disciplines including, Permanent Way, Planning, Isolations, OLE supervisor and, most recently, assured training and assessments.
Jon established Jeep Rail in February 2015 and, in just 2 years, Jon has built an unrivalled team that has the capability of taking on any tasks within the OLE environment whilst always ensuring Jeep Rail's core beliefs are engrained in all staff: "BE PROFESSIONAL STAY SAFE".
Danny has worked on the railway for 17 years, including working for Network Rail's OCR Team and various major electrification projects accross the UK and abroad.
Danny's drive and ambition to deliver safe and efficient works is always his priority. Working within many different roles during his career from a trainee to Senior Linesman, then Nominated Person and various planning, supervisory/management roles has led to Danny gaining valuable knowledge and experience of the planning and delivery of major projects and maintenance.
Dean has been working on the railway for 7 years. In this relatively short time, Dean has progressed extremely quickly and undertook various roles including working as a Nominated Person, OLE Supervisor and assessor.
Dean has worked as our Resource Director for the past 2 years. His team leadership ability and inspiring attitude helps to drive the advancement of Jeep Rail in everything we do and keeps our staff retention extremely high. Dean's strong working relationships with our clients and their staff ensures we deliver our clients expectations at all times.
Dean has been working on the railway for 10 years. His attention to detail and strong work ethic has helped him quickly progress through the ranks from PTS holder to Isolation Planning Manager.
Dean has been our Isolation Planner for the past 10 months and, in this time, has introduced new planning processes that have improved the way we are able to plan and deliver our work.
Ben has been working on the railway for 4 years as a contractor undertaking various duties around the country and he has been our resource coordinator for the past 12 months.
Ben deals with all of our staff inductions and operational fatigue management and has quickly become an invaluable member of our team. Ben is also an Authorised Person and produces our Safe Work Packs.
