Access Planning Services

Jeep Rail can offer robust Possession Planning & Management, Primavera Planning, and Project Management services, supplying experienced personnel with key Network Rail experience.

Our Planning services include worksite identification, entry and representation. SSOW planning is available on request.

Our Primavera services include preparation of full project programmes to meet Network Rail Standards, including production of hourly schedules to fulfil QRSA reviews.

Project Management personnel can also be supplied as required on a day rate to oversee and manage your projects.

We offer a standard rate across all our planning services currently for simplicity and clarity of pricing. Possession Planning Services would be provided on a worksite cost basis. Where multiple worksites are required an efficiency discount could be offered on review.

Inclusions:

• Compilation of works details and submission of worksites through NR Possession Planning system (PPS).
• Interrogation of Integrated long-term plan and Engineering Access statement (formerly Rules of the Route) to identify suitable access opportunities
• Attendance at 4-weekly Area integration meeting (DPPP – Draft Period Possession Plan) to represent clients works.
• Liaise with Area planning team, other contractors and third parties to de-conflict any potential clashes with other works.
• Regular monitoring of worksite status in PPS and updating where necessary.
• Representation of worksites at Area Planning meetings – to include T-10/T-8, T-5 and T-10 day as necessary.
• Continued monitoring of PPS post DPPP to identify any access opportunities within agreed possession footprint.
• All work carried out in compliance with Network Rail standards.
• Negotiate with Network Rail, Freight Operating Companies and Train Operating Companies where disruptive access is required at depots and stations.

Assumptions:

• A suitably qualified planner will be provided
• Efficiency pricing will be assessed on a package by package basis
• Other services will be priced as requested
• The client will provide all necessary cost codes for submitting into PPS
